What you get
  • Unlimited Number of Repair/Replacement Plan: Unlimited repairs or replacements for 12 months** (future claim requires copay when applicable)
  • Single Replacement Plan: One-time replacement during 12 months** (future claim requires copay when applicable)
  • Add the plan at the time of purchase
  • For online purchases, you can file a claim via our customer care center by calling 800-403-7449 between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST (Mon-Fri)
