If you are not satisfied with your purchase from http://au.oakley.com, please call Customer Care for a Return Authorization (RA) number 30 days of the date of original purchase. Customised product or product that has been abused may not be returned under this offer. For all other products, if the item is unworn and unused with the original tags still attached and returned in the original packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the original order number, we will provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a refusal under this offer. Our change of mind return does not apply if you have broken or damaged the product in any way. It cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion. Oakley customised, prescription and engraved products are made to the customer’s exact specifications, so no refunds or exchanges are available to customers for a change of mind.

Authorizing Your Credit Card:
At the time of order placement a pending payment pre-authorisation is placed on the customers credit card. This payment pre-authorisation is valid for up to 10 working days and will become a final debit once the order has been invoiced and shipped. Oakley will send the customer an email there are any issues authorising the customer credit card.
Oakley Prescription Frame Size Chart
Choosing the right size is easy. Start with the curvature of your chosen frame. Most of our frames have 4-base curvature to maximize the range of prescriptions that work with them. In the picture below, the frame with 6-base curvature has a much higher “wrap angle” to provide optimal coverage, and you’ll find it in designs like our Active Collection of Crosslink™ frames. Once you have the curvature, use the chart to get the number range for your face size.
