EYEWEAR WARRANTY POLICY
OVERALL EYEWEAR WARRANTY POLICY
All Oakley eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for two years from the date of purchase with a valid Proof of purchase. Oakley’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of Oakley products (i.e. sunglasses fit with non-Oakley prescription lenses) will void warranty coverage.
For products purchased in California: Warranties on products purchased on or after July 1, 2023 will commence on the date of delivery of the product (not date of purchase).
OAKLEY'S GOGGLE WARRANTY
Oakley goggles are guaranteed from defects in workmanship and manufacturer materials and have a limited
                life-time manufacturer’s warranty. This limited warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a
                proof of purchase from an
                Authorized Oakley Dealer that clearly shows the purchase details. 
The Oakley warranty does not cover
                any defects due to improper use, improper repair, physical damage, neglect & improper fit.
                Furthermore any alteration of the
                product will void warranty. 
Your exclusive remedy for breach of warranty will be the repair or
                replacement of the item as determined by Oakley. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of
                customers under applicable state or
                national laws governing the sales of consumer goods.
RAZRWIRE WARRANTY POLICY
Oakley Razrwire eyewear components come with a limited one year (from date of purchase) warranty against
                manufacturer defects. This limited warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of
                purchase from an Authorized Oakley
                Dealer that clearly shows the purchase details. 
Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched
                lenses. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Additional services are available for a
                charge.

APPAREL
APPAREL WARRANTY POLICY
This Oakley Warranty Program is applicable to all purchases of Oakley brand apparel, accessories, bags, footwear, and helmet products on or after the Effective Date set forth above.
All Oakley apparel are warranted against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. See terms below for specific warranty terms and warranty period per product category. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer (proof of purchase must clearly show the purchase date and the name of the Authorized Oakley Dealer from which the item was purchased). The Oakley warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sales of consumer goods.

Helmet Crash Replacement Policy
Within a period of 3 years after the original date of purchase, Oakley will replace crash-damaged helmets at a discount of 50% off manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of the same or comparable helmet provided as a replacement. Helmet replacements are limited to 1 unit per original purchase. This policy is only applicable to original owners of the product. The consumer must provide the helmet, proof of purchase, and details of the incident that caused the damage. The 3-year period will be measured from the date of customer mailing. To make a claim, do not return your Oakley product to the store. Stores are not authorized to provide this service under this warranty. Please contact Oakley Customer Care. Oakley reserves the right to reject any claims under the replacement service. If for any reason the request is refused, we will provide you with an explanation for that decision and will return your original helmet to you for the cost of the courier service, should you wish for it to be returned. This helmet crash replacement policy is in addition to any other consumer rights under applicable law and Oakley’s warranty policies.
Footwear
Footwear Warranty Policy
All Oakley footwear is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Manufacturer’s defects will be determined at Oakley Inc.’s Discretion. Improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty. Valid claims will receive credit toward exchange of the Oakley footwear This warranty does not apply to shoes used outside of the United States. The applicable warranty for such shoes is the warranty given for the shoes sold in the country of use. Warranty claims are to be made through the Authorized Oakley dealer where purchased.
Two Year Limited Footwear Waterproof Warranty
Oakley provides a limited warranty that certain shoes with a waterproof upper will be waterproof in normal use for a two year period from original date of purchase. Limited warranty is valid for a two year period dependent upon the product purchased. Warranty is valid provided that the shoes have received adequate maintenance, have suffered no cuts, abrasions or other damage and have not been subjected to abuse, mistreatment or excessive wear. If leakage develops within the applicable Two Year Limited Warranty period, and is deemed to be a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, Oakley will replace the shoes as follows:
- If shoes are returned during the first year of any warranty period, Oakley will replace the shoes with the same style or equivalent Oakley shoe.
- If shoes are returned during the second year of warranty period, the purchaser will be credited with 50% of the then current cost towards the purchase of the same style or an equivalent Oakley shoe.
This footwear warranty does not apply to shoes used outside of the United States. The applicable warranty for such shoes is the warranty given for the shoes sold in the country of use.
