Shipping Rates & Policies
Oakley.com offers different shipping options. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to
unforeseen circumstances. All shipments are sent fully insured.
- Currently, we can only ship to addresses within the 50 United States and US Territories (Puerto Rico and Guam). We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, or Internationally.
- All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via our Standard service level. We estimate 14 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.
- Every Custom order is hand-built to your specifications. Due to this, please allow up to 4 days prior to shipping to build your custom creation.
- If you purchased an Rx item, it can take 5-7 days (after your Rx has been received and verified) at the lab to create your lenses as we ensure only the highest quality.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Responsible shipping is fulfilled by logistics providers using solutions to reduce emissions. Delivery may take up to (00) business days.
This shipping option consists of either:
1. Full ground service: shipments served via truck. Transportation emissions are reduced by exclusively using ground transportation instead of other available shipping modes with higher emissions. Not applicable to destinations that do not have such other shipping modes; other exclusions may apply.
2. Emission compensation program (if provided by selected transportation carriers): providers calculate carbon emissions from pickup to delivery; the carbon emissions are then offset through climate protection projects including reforestation, renewable energy, waste disposal, wind power and others, supported by the logistics providers. The carbon neutral service is verified by a certified auditing company (i.e. Société Générale de Surveillance).

Select ‘Same day delivery’ option at checkout to get your orders same day 24/7*! Insert your delivery Address in the cart to validate service coverage and select among the available delivery slots today and tomorrow.

Who is Roadie™?
We are partnering with Roadie™ for Same Day Delivery service from our stores in the US. Once your order is confirmed and is out for delivery, we will send you an email with the delivery tracking code for real-time updates on your delivery.
- Roadie™ will send SMS notifications to the phone number provided for the order as soon as the shipment is out for delivery and when is delivered to you.
You can now choose to collect your order at Oakley Store, our associates will be happy to assist you with your order at collection.
- Select “Pickup in store” option in the cart and choose a store from the list.
- Most in-stock items will be available for 2 business hours pickup and marked as ‘AVAILABLE TODAY’.
- Stores with no stock are also listed as AVAILABLE IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS as we can ship to the store always for free.
Note: You can collect your order when it’s convenient for you! Orders will be kept in the store for up to 1 week for pick-up. Don’t forget to check store hours.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURES
We want you and your gift recipients to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an Oakley product you bought in the last 30 days from Oakley.com you may return it. Items must be returned in its ORIGINAL (with original packaging, unused, untested, original tags, and resalable) condition. Items must be returned to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all original contents. If we receive returned items in a condition that doesn't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return. Should you submit a non-compliant return, you authorize us to charge you for the full amount of the non-compliant return using your original payment method and/or to reverse any refunds previously issued. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received.
- Custom items are not eligible for returns.
For customers in U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), the product will need to be packaged and shipped via a carrier that will provide insurance and tracking capabilities.
Follow these steps to submit a return:
- Visit https://www.oakley.com/en-us/support/order-return and complete our online return request form.
- Select your return method: UPS Store dropoff (with or without a printed label) OR UPS Pick-Up.
- Hand the package off to UPS.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your returned product has been received and a refund has been processed.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account once the return is processed.
Exchange items purchased on our website with ease. Have your order number and product code for your desired replacement item ready and call us at 800 403 7449 between from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.
Items exchanged must be of equal price and it will be sent out upon receipt of the returned item, for which we will supply a return shipping label to facilitate shipping your returned item. The product code for your desired replacement item can be found in the product info section on our website. Our agents will guide you step by step to complete your exchange.
RETURN TO A STORE
Our Oakley Stores accept the return of your orders purchased on Oakley.com. Search for the nearest Oakley Store on our Store Locator then bring your product, proof of purchase and original packaging into a store within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll provide you with a complete refund based on your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account. You can now return items also to Lenscrafters and Sunglasshut official stores.
