Product availability → If you would like to know if a product is in stock, it’s very easy. All you need to do is go to the “New In” section and try to find the item you are looking for here. As an alternative method, you can search for any specific item by clicking in the “search” box where you can insert the name of the product or any other useful information.

Cancellation due to out of stock → We know how frustrating it can be when the item you want is out of stock. Unfortunately, due to the high amount of orders we receive during Black Friday it may be possible for your item to become unavailable. For this reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order in case we are not able to complete it. Rest assured that you will receive an automatic email to inform you about the cancellation if this were to happen. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Sadly, we are not able to confirm an estimated date of availability for when an item will be back into stock, please feel free to keep a close eye on our website for updates.

Impossibility to place an order → If you encounter any issues during checkout and you are unable to complete your order, please refrain from trying again as this may impact our system and will increase the risk of duplicate orders. In these particular cases, we suggest that you contact us immediately and we will be happy to help you complete your order.

Promo codes → promo codes may not be used together with other promo codes or in case of other promotions (including Black Friday promotion)

Pricing Errors → Whilst we try to ensure that all the prices on the site are accurate, errors may occur. If, before our acceptation, we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.

Black Friday Return Policy → Our standard return policy applies! In case you are not totally satisfied with your order(s), you will find the same return policy on Black Friday that you would on any other day of the year. Indeed, we will be happy to offer you a refund of the value paid on any item that is returned to us in a resalable condition, according to our general return policy.
