When we created ICE PICK™ polarized sunglasses, we weren’t just chipping through the permafrost of uninspired style that keeps the industry in an ice age. We wanted to crystallize sport performance in a look that takes to the street, so whether you’re out to thrill or chill, you’ve got the best vision possible. We started with comfortably lightweight O MATTER® frame material, gave it aggressive durability and sculptural attitude, and matched it with optics that have to be experienced to be believed. That’s on top of a comfortable Three-Point Fit that uses UNOBTAINIUM® components to increase grip with sweat.

Even a small amount of glare can put performance on thin ice, and when the sun bounces off flat surfaces, the reflected light can be 10 times brighter. That’s why places with pavement, snow or water demand polarized lenses, but most of the industry makes them with techniques that create haze and optical distortion. We utilize a liquid infusion process that bonds at the molecular level to achieve the clearest, sharpest polarized lenses possible. They block glare with better than 99% efficiency, and they come standard with ICE PICK™.

The lenses are enhanced with Oakley HYDROPHOBIC™, a permanent smudge-resistant coating that repels skin oils, lotions and dust with a slippery surface that prevents water sheens from getting a foothold. The back side is treated with a permanent anti-reflective coating, and lens options include IRIDIUM® coatings to balance and tune light transmission. HIGH DEFINITION OPTICS® (HDO®) maximizes clarity while letting us contour the lenses for a greater range of peripheral view. The optical performance of HDO® is so precise, ICE PICK™ beats all ANSI Z87.1 standards for clarity. It also meets ANSI standards for impact resistance, thanks to a lens material called PLUTONITE® that offers the added benefit of 100% UV filtering.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your Oakley Direct purchase, please call 1.800.403.7449 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Customized product or product that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to Oakley Direct within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

15-Day Return Period (Electronics)

You must request an RMA for electronics products within 15 days of the date of original purchase.

30-Day Return Period

You must request an RMA for all other products within 30 days of the date of original purchase.

Restocking Fee

Unless prohibited by law, A 10% restocking fee will be charged on opened electronics products, unless the item is defective or damaged, or the wrong item was shipped to you.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "sellable" condition).

Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment. Oakley Direct is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
