The Oakley Wakeboard Team might as well be a Royal Court. At the final intense stop of the 2011 Pro Wakeboard Tour, the most prominent pros on the Planet collided to vie for victory in Knoxville…and to seal the deal for even bigger honors: The King and Queen of Wake Titles. Harley Clifford claimed the King of Wake crown, Amber Wing emerged as Queen of Wake and Oakley Japan’s Shota Tezuka claimed his first-ever Jr. Pro Tour title!
Cabin fever had set in to the highest degree after a four day storm took over the North and South islands. But sun finally broke out and the Oakley snow team ran for the hills! And ended up at Snow Park ski and snowboard freestyle resort between Wanaka and Queenstown in New Zealand.

Oakley’s 17-year-old Women’s Surf Team standout charged into the ranks of the elite by claiming the 2011 ASP Women’s World Tour Rookie of the Year Award after finishing the season in fourth place in the overall standings. In her first official year on the World Tour, the Aussie grabbed honors after making her presence known in past stops: The Beachley Classic in 2008 and the O’Neill Women’s World Cup in 2010. And it’s no surprise.
