An archeologist. As a kid, I was infatuated with the pyramids, dinosaurs and the Titanic.

WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU THAN SURFING?
My family and friends. Even though I make them watch me surf in the pouring rain and freezing cold. It's going to pay off guys!

DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SPECIAL TALENTS?
I love drawing and strumming on the guitar but I'm not sure if I'm talented at them but I enjoy it. Oh I can also bake. I make the best scones with jam and cream, mmm mm.

I'm trying to improve my basics and get more progressive. Woman's surfing is so exciting now days. If you are not improving, you are going to get left behind.

I'm an introverted, extrovert. I love being around people and laughing but I'm also content being on my own with my thoughts and doing my own thing. I don't get bored easily because I'm pretty good at entertaining myself. I can also be socially awkward...

WHAT ARE THE THINGS THAT INSPIRE YOU?
Nature, music, extreme sports and Madiba.

WHAT ARE THE THINGS OR STORIES THAT ENCAPSULATE THE WAY YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE?
I lived in an 1987 station wagon in Australia for a month. We had to park at an angle when it rained because it leaked but we scored the best waves and had the best times because it was simple. No TV, no hot showers just surfing, sand, mosquitoes and RCL Clubs.

WHAT ARE YOUR MOST FOND CHILDHOOD MEMORIES?
Being dropped off by mom at Grommets Corner, at the beach. Spending the entire day at the beach getting sunburned and practicing surfing on the "green" part of the wave. Adventuring in the sand dunes, building forts, skipping stones, skate boarding down Death Hill and getting speed wobbles. Not brushing my hair and cutting massive mango pip sized dreads out of my hair at the end of Summer holidays.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT THAN OTHER GIRLS OR JUST UNIQUE?
My fingerprints.

WHAT FEARS DO YOU HAVE? HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THEM?
Sharks, it can get really sharky where I am from. I am always aware of what is happening in the water and I listen to my instincts and not do silly things. I used to surf by myself during Sardine season and I think about doing that now and I think it's madness. I make sure I call a few people to come with or make my dad watch me.

FAVORITE MUST HAVE BEAUTY PRODUCTS:
Dermalogica cleanser and pre-cleanse which gets rid of the sunblock that I cake on my face.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL ESSENTIALS?
A luggage bag that is small enough to take as hand luggage but big enough to hold the essentials for a 6 month trip away (in case they try and charge you for 2 bags). Watch that rule!

I love surfing at home. It is uncrowded, everyone knows each other and we heckle each other and have a good time.

Don't waste your energy worrying about things that are out of your control.

Hawaii , Indo, Australia and the whole South African coast.
