Bio
George Daniels is a modern day cowboy through and through. He listens to Hank Williams jr. constantly, isn’t afraid to put a little mud on the tires, and is known for letting out more then just a few yee-ahs. From his entrance into the wakeskating world at the first ever Toe Jam in 2004 George has been carving a place out for himself among the wakeskating greats. From contest victories to being crowned Wakeskater of the Year in 2005 George has done it all, and had more fun doing it then anyone.
Coming back from a knee injury last year he proved that he’s still got it with one of the most technical and stylish video parts ever in Oakley’s film Push Process. George never stops evolving his riding and putting out amazing coverage of never before done moves in a way that only GD can. His riding has inspired the new generation of riders pushing the sport and is respected by everyone. With the strong backing of the Godfather himself, Scott Byerly, you can be sure this cowboy won’t be riding off into the sunset anytime soon. Keep your guns blazing George.

- What is your favorite place that wakeskating has taken you? It would have to be lake Santa Maria, Mexico, nothing but perfect conditions, and great people.
- If you could only ride in one place for the rest of your life where would it be? It would have to be Lake Georgia, Florida.
- What Hollywood starlet would you most like to spend an afternoon with? I think I would be on The Hills for one day; it would be LC, stone cold fox.
- What is the right size for truck tires? They would have to be 37 or 40s 21 or horse? 21, every man for himself. They would have to be 37's or 40's.
- Favorite basketball player of all time? Jason Williams was one of my biggest inspirations in basketball.
- Who or what inspires your riding? I would say watching my friend’s ride, that’s what I like to feed off of.
- Best part of riding for Oakley? Satisfaction that my eyes get from the shades, and great people who I get to work and ride with.
- Outside of wakeskating what are your other influences? My other influences are out in the mud pit hanging with friends, surfing, skateboarding, and fishing.
- How do you feel on the dock before your run at a contest? I get butterflies really bad, and I shake.
- Biggest fish you ever caught? A 10 pound Bass
- Butter or glass? Butter, it sounds more inviting.

- What is your favorite color and why? Shades of black, they go with everything.
- What really scares you? Not knowing whats swimming under your feet in the water.
