Bio

One of the youngest athletes on the Pro Wakeboard Tour, Harley Clifford is at the top of his game. With high expectations from a dominating season on the Junior Tour last year, Harley has stepped it up and been on the podium at every event so far this season. An excellent contest rider and stylish free-rider, Clifford has secured his spot as one of the top wake athletes on the team

  • What makes you want to progress? The feeling that you get when you win a contest or land a new trick
  • What are the skills and responsibilities of being a pro wakeboarder? Skills first of all, would be having to be good at wakeboarding and responsibilties would have to be marketing your sponsors product and keeping a good profile to the public.
  • How would you spend your ideal day? wake up and have bacon and eggs for breakfast then go for a wakeboard have the best set of my life, go to islands of adventure, then to skyventure and then have hogs breathe for dinner
  • what do you think is the most fun thing to do for yourself? wakeboard and jetty jumping with my friends
  • if you werent wakeboarding you would be? at school everyday getting good grades so i could eventually get a descent job
  • Where do you see yourself when your 50 years old? old not being able to move because of wakeboarding haha
  • What are your goals for the upcoming season? fly like a bird haha Gnar, do as well as i can on the us pro tour and i hope to win the world championships
  • If you were to take your ideal wakeboard trip where would you go and who would you want to be there? My ideal wakeboard trip would be to go to Myall lakes with my family and to have Phillip and Bob soven, Adam Errington, Aaron Rathy and Corey Bradley with us also.
  • what has been your biggest influence in wakeboarding? My dad definitely because if it was not for him towing me up and down the river, encouraging me to learn and attempt new tricks i would not be were i am today.
