This was the first time I have filmed in Japan. And it snowed almost everyday! Once again the crew was amazing, Nicolas Muller and Kevin Pearce made it so much fun. Those guys kill it. And all of our riding styles are so different. Nicolas really knows how to take advantage of that Japanese terrain. He is the powder master!

It was such a cool and motivated crew to ride with. The snow was pretty shallow on some spots and I hit like 3 rocks on my trip and hit a big ass tree with my leg.

Eero has been super busy this fall with contests, winning the Freestyle.ch, taking 2nd at the Freestyle.berlin, winning best trick at Air & Style and most recently winning in Seoul. To say the very least Eero was a bit jetlagged when we caught up with him at Oakley headquarters on Monday morning.

The Rocks Resort is a brand new addition to Laax, the buildings are designed to be very modern day apartments varying in size from two to four bedrooms. The apartments have all the luxuries one could need from heated stone floors throughout to a rain shower to a full kitchen to beautiful views of the Alps.
