Back to Back: Bryan Brothers Triumph at Monte-Carlo Masters, Tally 70 Team Titles
The Bryan Brothers may not be unbeatable. But they’re pretty damn close. Oakley’s long-time star Tennis twins emerged with another victory at the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters Tournament in Monaco, topping Juan Ignacio Chela and Bruno Soares, 6-3, 6-2. Hot on the heels of another clay victory in Houston last week (River Oaks Country Club), this win marked their 70th Team Title – with 18 coming at the ATP World Masters 1000 level. The dynamic duo is now tied for second on the all-time list with Todd Woolbridge.

The dynamic O duo, currently the World No. 1, were throwing down in their sixth Aussie Open final in seven years after finishing as runners up in 2004-2005. But despite their frequent appearances and amazing success, they’re as charged up as ever. “It never gets old,” said Bob, rockin’ his Oakley watch. “Especially to play those two guys, the ‘Indian Express’, who we have tons of respect for. We were jacked up for this match. These two guys are legends. It was an extra special feeling out there on the court playing two guys that dominated the game 10 years ago.”
