Honeymoon: Serbian Tennis Hero Janko Tipsarevic to Battle France in Davis Cup Final - Live on Tennis Channel
O’s Janko Tipsarevic is ridiculously pumped.
The Serbian Tennis Hero, who stunned the Czech Republic in an ultra electric Davis Cup semifinal match in front of an utterly raucous Serbian home crowd in September, is set to lead his country’s squad into battle in the Finals. The team will take the court once again in front of a decidedly partisan home crowd in Belgade.
The opening match, sure to draw the eyes of tennis fans across the Globe, will pit Janko against French Tennis sensation Gael Monfils. In Janko’s trademark prescription Flak Jackets, that is. It all goes down at 5:00 a.m. Pacific/8:00 a.m. Eastern on Dec. 3 – live on the Tennis Channel.
