15 ultra intense stages are in the rear view mirror. And still, Oakley riders are displaying their top form. Mark Cavendish, as expected, is definitely one of the most impressive. Oakley’s star sprinter continued dominance of his craft by claiming the 15th Tour de France stage – his fourth stage win of the race and a move to tighten his grip on the overall points competition lead. The British speed demon blazed past the rest of the field at the tail end of the stage’s 192.5km stretch from Limoux to Montpellier – racking up his overall eighth win of the 2011 season. O’s prominent HTC Highroad rider now holds 70 wins: 29 Grand Tour Stage and 19 in the Tour de France – under his belt. More than impressive. And the Green Jersey definitely looks at home on him.

Stage 11: O Star Cyclist Sprints to Third Tour de France Stage Victory, Team Riders Hold Three of Top Five
Oakley’s renowned sprinter is establishing his dominance this Tour in…well, sprinting. HTC-Highroad Star Mark Cavendish blazed to the 18th Tour de France stage victory of his career and the third of the 2011 race. The feat also powered him up to the lead of the points competition, slipping into the Green Jersey for his amazing performances thus far. The O Team speed demon was the fastest in stage eleven from Blaye-les-Mines to Lavaur, out-sprinting André Greipel and Tyler Farrar to tally his seventh victory of the 2011 season.
