    Davey Cathels (AUS) has won the Oakley World Pro Junior Bali after an epic Final battle with Andrew Doheny (USA). As the day dawned competitors and surf fans were greeted by a slight increase in swell size, as predicted by official event forecaster Surfline, with clean 3 – 5 foot surf consistently rolling into Canggu.
