    The future of global surfing is here. Meet Caio Ibelli, Oakley’s Brazilian Team ripper, and the newly crowned ASP World Junior Champion. The young gun claimed the illustrious title at the Billabong World Junior Championships in dramatic fashion, knocking off previous title front-runner Garret Parkes in a Surf-Off, after Parkes was taken out in the event’s Quarterfinals (resulting in an overall standings tie). As the Surf-Off commenced, it was Caio to begin racking up the points with a collection of minor scores. But he wouldn’t leave anything to chance.
