    Jadson Andre is a flat out ripper. The Brazilian Oakley Team charger absolutely turned heads at this year’s U.S. Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach this past Summer – and he’s not about to let up on his way to the limelight on the Dream Tour. Case in point: Jadson was nominated for Surfer Poll’s 2010 Video Awards “Breakthrough Performer” recognition. Amongst some of the best rising names in the sport, he definitely struts his stuff in the nominee footage.

    Oakley’s Brazilian rookie Jadson Andre claimed his first ASP World Tour victory last week at the Billabong Pro Santa Catarina, defeating former nine-time ASP World Champion and current ASP World No. 1 Kelly Slater in an action-packed final. 

Andre earned his inaugural victory on home grounds in front of a packed and passionate crowd at Praia da Vila. 

 The announcers joked that it would be a national holiday in Brazil the next day as Andre was cheered up the beach.
