Oakley’s Brazilian rookie Jadson Andre claimed his first ASP World Tour victory last week at the Billabong Pro Santa Catarina, defeating former nine-time ASP World Champion and current ASP World No. 1 Kelly Slater in an action-packed final. Andre earned his inaugural victory on home grounds in front of a packed and passionate crowd at Praia da Vila.
