Jamie Anderson entered the snow scene and the industry has flapped its lips with praise ever since. The media can’t get enough of her unadulterated youthful attitude. Youth is wasted on the young, some say. Well, in “Pretty Wise,” the new film by People Films, it certainly appears like the crop of 11 rising stars (along with three veterans) are effectively putting their early years and blossoming talent to good use. Not that we thought any differently about Stale Sandbech, but by being named Norwegian Snowboarder of the Year, it’s clear that State is killing it. “This was really big for me!” Stale said. “All the other guys nominated were riders I really respect and I am really proud to be named among them.”

  • Can't Not Cringe: Helgason Bros. Release "Pepping" Teaser

Posted almost 2 years ago by Chasen Marshall

The Helgason Bros. like to get weird. From their antics while flying into big pow or finding rails along Main Street, Anywhereville to their time existing in whatever town around the world, shock and awe and hilarity just comes with the territory around the pair. Which is why we weren’t remotely surprised that that same ridiculousness would flow over into their new flick, “Pepping.” Well, ridiculousness in the form of constant cringing in response to tricks gone awry.
