Back-to-Back! Kaya Turski Grabs Women’s Slopestyle Ski Gold, Grete Eliassen Takes Bronze at Winter X 15

Make that two. Back-to-back.

Oakley Ski shredder Kaya Turski added an extra shiny Gold medal to her Winter X Games collection as her first 93.66 run in the Women’s Slopestyle Ski finals powered her to her second consecutive win in the event.

“I feel elated right now,” said Turski, stoked on her victory while rocking her Oakley gear. “I put a lot of pressure on myself. The level of competition here is so high, all the girls killed it. I luckily had a good first run, a great cab 7 and nailed the cannon. That really eased the pressure.”

Fellow Oakley girl Grete Eliassen ripped her way to her second Bronze medal in Winter X Slopestyle after racking up a score of 93.00.

“It’s awesome to win again,” said Grete, who hasn’t been competing as much this past year. "I spent most of my season focusing on “Say My Name,” so it is cool to come back and progress after that."

Congrats to both of our beautiful Oakley gals for killing it in Slopestyle!
