Mark Cavendish, a Brit from Isle of Man, is a professional racing cyclist who rides for Omega Pharma Quick-Step.     Hushovd Debuts Aqua Radar. Oakley’s Thor Hushovd of Norway won the opening time trial in the Volta of Catalunya cycling race on Monday, and American George Hincapie was 6 seconds behind in second place.
