Mark Cavendish, a Brit from Isle of Man, is a professional racing cyclist who rides for Omega Pharma Quick-Step. Oakley’s Star Cyclist, on the heels of a Points Title at Tour de France, claimed a bold victory at the World Road Race Championships in Denmark by dominating a bunch sprint at the tail end of the race, effectively sealing the first Rainbow Jersey for Great Britain since 1965.     The 2011 Tour de France was undoubtedly one of the most exciting Tours of the last 20 years; complete with devastating crashes, exciting sprint finishes and an emotional overall victory that has been years in the making. Oakley is proud to congratulate Cadel Evans on his much-deserved victory as well as the rest of the Oakley team who collectively rode one of the most successful Tours in recent Oakley history.
