Ryan Villopoto may be beginning to run away with the Supercross title. But he’s far from resting on his laurels. Oakley’s Motocross Superstar piled on even more points to his already commanding Championship standings lead – topping the field for victory in Toronto this past weekend to total 271 points. The triumph is his seventh victory on the season.

But the slippery conditions and resulting strange turn of events weren’t enough to keep defending Oakley Supercross Champ, Ryan Villopoto (RV), from victory in Indianapolis – clipping Justin Brayton for the win, while fellow O charger Davi Millsaps rounded out the podium in third.

The defending Supercross Champion just hit the halfway mark in the season. And he’s showing no signs of giving up his title. It only took Oakley’s Motocross Star, Ryan Villopoto, two laps to establish his dominance in St. Louis this past weekend – smoking the field for the victory and extending his lead in the overall Championship standings by 13 points. O’s Justin Barcia has swept through the last few rounds as the man in the Lites East series – emphatically taking the last three stops to extend his own lead in the title race.

All O: Supercross Atlanta Podium Utterly Owned By Oakley Team Riders, Ryan Dungey Tightens Championship Standings Race
Apparently, Oakley’s Motocross Team loves the A.T.L. In a monster sweep of the Supercross podium (and the Top Four overall finishes), the team, lead by resurging O star, Ryan Dungey, displayed its utter dominance in the Georgia Dome this past weekend. Rounding off the awards stage, Oakley’s defending Supercross Champ, Ryan Villopoto (RV), and James “Bubba” Stewart gripped onto their positions amongst the riders in the top of the Championship standings – capping off yet another super intense battle for 450 supremacy in the land of peaches.
