Spanish Fury: MotoGP Championship Leader Jorge Lorenzo Blazes to a Second Place Finish at Sachsenring, Germany
You can call the final stretch a bull run. The last portion of the eni Motorrad Grand Prix Deutschland in Sachsenring had MotoGP Championship leader Jorge Lorenzo chasing fellow Spaniard Dani Pedrosa toward the finish line. But Pedrosa’s near faultless ride pushed Lorenzo into a second place finish over Oakley’s Casey Stoner. The results broke a three race winning streak for Lorenzo and solidified Pedrosa’s second place position for the overall Championship.

Lorenzo Continues To Dominate
The World Championship leader, Jorge Lorenzo extended his advantage at the top of the standings further with his fifth win of the campaign at the Gran Premi de Catalunya. Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner finished second and third for the second race in succession.

Lorenzo Extends His Championship Lead
The 80th anniversary of the Dutch TT was marked with a Jorge Lorenzo victory on Saturday afternoon as the Fiat Yamaha rider won from pole position. The Spaniard’s fourth win of the 2010 campaign stretched his lead at the top of the World Championship to 47 points, as Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner followed him onto the podium at the TT Assen.
