  1. When did you turn pro?

    As soon as I finished high school and focused 100% of my time in being the best driver I could be. That’s when I considered myself a pro.

  2. What are the events, wins, memories that stand out most throughout your career so far?

    Winning the Stars of Karting National Championship was a really cool experience, and my Indy Lights win at Baltimore was really special. I had tons of friends and family there.

  3. If there’s one thing that people in the industry would recognize you by, what would that be?

    Some people think am crazy… well they are right! But am smart about it ;-)

  5. When did you first start riding/racing? Where/why?

    When I was 8 I started karting, thanks to my dad. He used to race in Colombia back in the day.

  6. What drives you to be sicker than everyone else?

    Human nature! We all want to be sicker than everyone else! Don’t we?

  7. If you weren’t ripping on the track or dirt, what kind of menial task would you want to do?

    No menial tasks for me! I am an adrenaline junkie!

  8. If you had to date one person who would it be: Pamela Anderson after Tommy Lee, Snooki from Jersey Shore or your mom in the past like Michael J. Fox from Back to the Future?

    None of the above, am in love with Lauren George and Selena Gomez and I hope she reads this and gives me a call!

  9. If you had to share a bathroom with one Oakley rider/driver, who would it NOT be and why?

    None of the bikers that’s for sure! They gotta shave their legs every day.

  10. Tell me a funny story about an Oakley rider/driver...(We’ll never tell)

    I’ve got a lot of Juan (Pablo Montoya) stories. Not too long ago he says to me, “I'm trying to lose weight.” And it's Juan…come on. I asked him, “Why now?” Gonzo his assistant says, “For the car is what we tell the press, but really it’s for wind surfing!” Classic JPM!

  11. Talent…other than doing no handed pushups:

    I have been able to swallow 76 gallons of water when I was learning to kitesurf… That’s bad ass!

    Music; The Killers, by far! Movie; The Italian Job and Driven; Book; The Catcher in the Rye, bike: SpeedConcept; Tv show; LOST! Gadgets: apple! 100% and FOOD, all sorts of all kinds at any time! I don’t eat to live… I live to eat!

  16. A lot of riders never get to go to Prom, did you go, who did you take or who would you ask if you could go today?

    I did not go to prom :( but if I could go today, I would ask ether Miley Cyrus or Selena Gomez.

  17. What is something that you wouldn't normally tell someone about yourself?

    I was afraid of the dark until I turned 17.
