The newly formed team, created by Oakley IndyCar Driver Ed Carpenter, just broke through into victory lane with a resounding triumph from their owner at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana.

“This feels great for a brand new team that just started in November,” Carpenter said, rocking his Oakley eyewear, racing firesuit, racing gloves and racing boots. “I feel this team stuck together through the ups and downs of the first year and this win is a tribute to their hard work.”

The work definitely paid off.

Edging fellow Oakley star Dario Franchitti after leading for a race-high 62 laps, Ed eventually pulled away after turn two in the final lap to claim his second career victory.

Oakley’s IndyCar star claimed his fourth victory in six years at the track – leaving Will Power in his track dust following the final pitstop. The New Zealander finished a solid 3.5 seconds ahead of the Penske driver for his 29th career series victory.

“We’ve had good speed everywhere, but you’ve got to say this place has been really good to us,” Scott said, rocking his Oakley Frogskin sun eyewear, racing base layer and racing boots.

Oakley’s rising IndyCar driver lead for 38 laps en route to an impressive Indy Lights victory at Toronto – effectively tallying his second-ever series triumph. He blazed his way to a glorious first win at Detroit earlier in the season.

After a race that resembled more of a drift contest than an IndyCar event, Oakley star Justin Wilson emerged triumphant at the Firestone 550 following a series of abnormally dramatic events and an abundance of crashes on track.

Graham Rahal was more than on his way to cruising to victory after Lap 200, when he took the lead. Fast-forward to less than two laps to go in the race and Justin made the final pass to victory after Rahal’s slam into the Turn 4 wall just a few laps before.

And after two second-place finishes this year, Oakley’s IndyCar star was inspired enough to grab his own triumph in top form, taking the victory at the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix in dramatic fashion after an exhilarating dash to the finish from pole.

With swelling emotions clearly displayed on his face, Oakley IndyCar Star Dario Franchitti triumphed in dramatic fashion after the most closely fought Indianapolis 500 in history – lined with a record 35 lead changes to an action packed green finish.

Oakley’s young Speed Demon Josef Newgarden claimed charged into the Firestone Indy Lights race at Kentucky last week with one objective: Start the race. Because the Indy Lights Title was all but wrapped up.

The racing star went on to grab the second-place podium spot in the race and boldly claim the 2011 Title with five convincing victories and a mere three finishes off the podium in the first 13 races.

Oakley’s IndyCar star boldly grabbed a victory from pole this past weekend for a full weekend triumph at the Honda Indy 200, overtaking fellow O driver Dario Franchitti on Lap 61 to cross the finish 7.6508 seconds ahead.

The win marks the Kiwi speedster’s third career win at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and his first win this season. The result also pushes him to second in the overall championship standings.

But this year, there was no such short coming as Oakley’s star IndyCar driver powered his way to a resounding win from the start to the tail end of the event – finishing 3.38 seconds ahead of fellow Oakley drivers Scott Dixon (2nd) and Dario Franchitti (3rd), the defending IndyCar Champion.

“I can’t think of a race where I’ve been so cool, so physically fine and where I had everything go so right,” Power said, rockin’ his Oakley eyewear.
