His fourth career hat trick went down before fellow Cap Tomas Fleischmann netted the overtime winner in a bona fide thriller. “I was just trying to get my stick on the puck and make sure it winds up in the net,” said Semin, who rocks his Oakley visor every game, every day. “How many times can you try to get around guys? I was just trying not to think about it and just shoot.”

The Oakley Hockey Visor has been center stage in numerous NHL play-off games over the past ten years, and most recently in the Vancouver Winter Games with over sixty players wearing the HDO patented visor. In this year’s NHL play-offs there are 50 players, spread over all 16 teams, wearing the Oakley Hockey Visor in clear, yellow and grey tints. Last year the two best players in the NHL squared off in the one of the greatest play-off games ever, where both Alex Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby scored hat tricks (three goals in one game), producing insane coverage of the ellipse logo on NBC. Look for more of the same great play, results and coverage for brand in this year’s clash of the best hockey players on the planet.
