Bio
At his first two grand tours, the younger of the Schleck brothers has excelled in the mountains. Schleck holds the promise of being one of cycling’s best climbers. As a son, grandson, and brother of accomplished cyclists, he has competitive cycling in his blood. Schleck, a former national time-trial champion, claimed the white jersey awarded to the best young rider at the Tour de France in 2008. In 2009, he again won the Best Young rider award and then placed 2nd overall at the Tour de France.
