Oakley MLB Eyewear at Spring Training 2010


For the second year in a row, Oakley was able to activate and share their heritage and innovation with the fans of America’s favorite past time. Again this year the O Lab attended and activated around retail at both the Grapefruit and Cactus leagues; with a strong presence at the Yankees, Phillies, Braves, Dodgers/White Sox, A’s and Mariners/Padres stadiums. In only our second year of partnering with Stadium Team shops, we were able to improve the product assortment, visual merchandising and enhance the overall experience for fans and consumers alike.

This year the O Lab had front row seating. Adam, Aaron and crew educated and demonstrated to hundreds of fans, accounts and VIP’s on why Oakley is the best equipment choice and performance enhancer on the field. With the relationships that have been built and the growth in our MLB partnerships we were able to thank and entertain accounts and VIP’s with tickets and suite passes for several games. As a result of all the efforts and experiences, we witnessed hundreds of new customers head to their seats in their new Oakley shades.

2010 was the next step; however there are no limits on what can be achieved and experienced in the future.
