Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross at Unadilla
The Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross was back in action last weekend for the 9th round of the season at the historic Unadilla Valley Sports Center. Unadilla is a legendary track located in Ostego County, New York. With an estimated 25,000 people in attendance, race day again was a great opportunity for Oakley to spread the word on why it’s the eyewear of choice for the sports top athletes.
Only one point separated Oakley’s Ryan Villopoto and Ryan Dungey in the 450 class standings entering Unadilla and they definitely didn’t disappoint. By the end of the first lap, Villopoto had moved from 5th to 2nd, and then took the lead halfway through the race on his way to a first place finish. Dungey kept his cool after being pushed off the track early in the race to take second place.
Oakley also took home “best seat in the house” with the O Lab set up just before the final turn with a perfect view of the finish. Everyone making their way to and from the general seating area walked past the Lab, giving them a great excuse to come in, cool down, and learn about the many advantages of Oakley’s High Definition Optics. And with the boys from Moto Option out front manning the cases, copping a pair of your own couldn’t have been more convenient!
