EUROBIKE is an international bicycle trade show, attracting 41,482 trade visitors from 102 countries, 22.300 bike enthusiasts and 1,732 journalists from 35 countries within only 4 days! The 19th EUROBIKE generated a positively delighted response in the international world of cycling.
The figures speak for themselves: 150 Oakley dealers, 40 VIP media, 41.482 trade visitors from 102 countries and the presence of top Oakley athletes Cedric Gracia, Timo Pritzel, Amir Kabbani, Tibor Simai and Andreu Lacondeguy made this event more than successful. Our 132m2 booth (full set-up of our Rolling O Lab plus a large container right next to the trailer), which was perfectly positioned right next to the Dirt Jump, showcasing AFA Spring 2011 MTB highlights made the O Lab once more the center of attention!
Informative and lively HDO presentations by Franz Greiter and Ines Kreutzer as well as the innovative “coldblack” demo machine, organized by Oakley’s Urs Egli made our most impressive training tool even more effective. Guests and athletes loved the tasty BBQ on the Rolling O rooftop and O Lab driver Jan proved that he was not only an excellent driver but also a superb chief!
The crowd impatiently waited for the signing sessions in front of the O Lab with Cedric Gracia, Timo Pritzel and other world class athletes, everybody wanted to get a hold on the large and shiny posters, patiently signed by our Oakley heroes. Our rooftop was probably the best place to watch the contests and to witness Amir Kabbani become 2nd in the MTB Dirt final competition.
Big thanks to Sibylle Jenni and Marilyn Dietrich for the organization, Urs Egli for his expertise and to the whole O Lab crew!
