Taking It To the Streets: Oakley’s Bold Presence at the Agenda Fashion Trade Show In Huntington Beach

Agenda 21

The beach met the streets this past weekend in Surf City USA.

Agenda has been one of the major names in contemporary street wear fashion trade shows for several years. And for only the second year, Oakley made its presence known…big time.

This summer, the show took place in the Huntington Beach – coinciding with the US Open of Surf Competition just yards away. There were plenty of industry giants representing at the show, and Oakley was more than well represented – loud and proud.

Being unique, having fun and offering the industry a peek of what our next steps are in fashion, sport, music and art, is what separated Oakley from the rest of the companies/brands in this year’s show. With all new collaboration projects, limited edition eyewear, apparel and accessories, Oakley showed all in attendance what has made Oakley an innovator in both performance technology and art through our history. With a past, present and future feel to the Oakley booth, Oakley’s commitment to forward thinking for the past 35 years was clearly highlighted. Such projects on display Included the upcoming Don Pendleton Artist Series Fuel Cell, Oakley limited edition Grenade x Frogskins, Oakley x Stple collaboration, Bruce Irons Dispatch, Shaun White Holbrook, Eric Koston x The Berrics Unified x Oakley and many others.

Accounts and attendees were also treated to a hallway display depicting Oakley’s heritage and its upcoming Jeff Staple collaboration release. Oakley team members were constantly on hand to answer questions and walk visitors through the projects.

Even better, the pieces were on private display away from the booth – ensuring that everyone walking the show would catch a glimpse of Oakley’s genius and legacy.

All in all, the show was a complete success. A Big O thanks to all who were involved. See you again at Agenda in January!
