The Rolling O Stops by the Cancer Council Helpline Classic
The Rolling O Lab made its final stop in Adelaide for the Cancer Council Helpline Classic – the prequel to the six stage Santos Tour Down Under. The 51km closed circuit race was held in the city’s east end at Rymill Park. An Estimated 100,000 people were in attendance to watch Oakley athletes Greg Henderson, Chris Sutton, and Robbie McEwen finish 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively.
If those results weren’t strong enough to show why the world’s top athletes wear Oakley, anyone was welcome to walk or peddle a few meters past the finish line for a trip through the Rolling O Lab to answer any doubts. Many prior visitors now had an opportunity to bring their friends and families in for a tour and show them the many benefits of Oakley’s High Definition Optics.
This event was a great way to kick off the largest sporting event in Australia. The O Lab crew would like to thank everyone that took the time to check the Lab out and participate in another great event. Big thanks again to the crew at OSP for all of their help and support: Phil Ward, Jimmy Hendriks, Tim Persse, and Steve “Blackdog” Blackford, you guys were huge!
