The British invasion has begun. A storefront in the heart of London is the latest outpost. You can’t blueprint shock and awe, but the designer is an architect from the school of "If you don’t get it, it wasn’t meant for you." And that’s the unconventional mindset that defines everything beyond its doors.

Oakley’s new flagship Oakley Store opens June 8th. Upping the rhythm and pulse of London’s King Street is the vision of the architect, Oakley President Colin Baden, who also designed the company’s global headquarters in California. The new Oakley Store in London will be a facet of Covent Garden, a shopping and entertainment complex on the must-see list of tourist hotspots.

Oakley Stores offer the public sneak previews of the company’s latest inventions. Visitors can learn about new generations of products and get inside information on the science and art of Oakley. Oakley Stores also provide a comprehensive selection of the company’s products, from eyewear and apparel to footwear, wristwatches and personal electronics.

The June 8th grand opening of the new London Oakley Store was preceded by an exclusive media event on June 7th. The store is located at 1 – 4 King Street, Covent Garden, London.
