O Lab in the Carolinas
Recently the O lab rolled through North Carolina and hit up a couple crucial retail stops along the way. The first of which was at the Eye Care Center in Salisbury. This was a killer retail facility with multiple optical doctors on hand to accommodate the store’s demand. A town such as Salisbury had never seen the likes of a Rolling O Lab and it was clear to say that everyone was blown away. From the staff to customers, and even the local paper, came through to catch a glimpse of what makes Oakley HDO so crucial in promoting good optical health. If you are interested in reading the article for yourself, it is available on the Salisbury Post’s website – Oakley rolls in to town to tout eyewear . It was great to see the enthusiasm and support from the eye care community and we look forward to doing it again.
The next stop was at the McKimmon Center on NC State’s campus, where hundreds of optical professionals from Doctors Vision Center locations across the Carolinas came to check out the Rolling O Lab. The trailer was on hand for their corporate conference where all attendees made time to take a tour through the facility. Local rep Ty Stout was also on site to showcase new custom collegiate colorways and promote Oakley’s versatility in the NCAA world. Also taking place at the McKimmon Center that day was a middle and high school solar car challenge, so some of the future’s brightest minds were able to check out the level of technology that Oakley incorporates into every product.
It was a quick couple days in North Carolina but a lasting impact was made. Due to proper coordination, Ty was able to educate numerous accounts from all over the Carolinas in only two stops. Much appreciation goes out to Ty who has been holding down the Carolinas for years and its easy to understand why. As always we look forward to seeing everyone next time!
