“Hit and Run”: Bradley Cooper Rocks Oakley Plaintiffs on the Silver Screen
It’s no secret. Hollywood loves its Oakleys. Recent memories of Tom Cruise – in specially customized O eyewear – scaling buildings and battling massive hordes of ‘bad guys’ in the latest installment of the ultra famed Mission Impossible series, are a prime example of the brand’s immense presence in show business. But it’s not just combat troops and super heroes who rock their technologically superior and massively stylin’ Oakleys on the silver screen. Bradley Cooper, of The Hangover and The Wedding Crashers fame, just took moviegoers by storm with a leading role in the comedy film Hit and Run…in his customized Oakley Plaintiff sun eyewear, that is.

Operation Snowflake Picnic – Hawaiian Style
With summer slowly creeping to an end, the kids from Snowball Express celebrated with a Hawaiian-themed luau at the 2012 Snowflake Picnic in Irvine, CA on August 14. More than 65 military families traveled from all over Southern California to unite their children with others that have experienced the loss of a parent on active duty since 9/11.

FASHION: Oakley Dazzles Miami With Swimwear Runway Show, Hosted by Trimera
Women fashionistas probably thought little of Oakley designs just a few years ago. Lo and behold, a new era is here. Taking Miami by storm, O’s Spring 2013 Swimwear Runway Show, hosted by Trimera Group, delivered sizzling hot Oakley flare to Hyde Beach in the SLS Hotel in late July. Showcasing one of the most stylin’ swim collections around – along with pieces from UNO de 50 jewelry on the catwalk – the stunning exhibition displayed the brand’s ultra unique combination of world class style and athletic performance design that characterizes its coming swimsuit line. Lead by Oakley pro surfer Erica Hosseini and O pro beach volleyball player (and model) Jess Gysin, an amazing collection of models made it clear to guests on hand the immense evolution of Oakley’s apparel line – especially in regards to women’s design.

London 2012: Final Week In Photos
The Oakley Safehouse was a HUGE succes in London. Athletes, friends and family of the brand, of all kinds, came to visit us in the London Design Museum right on the south bank of the River Thames. They came before their competition to get product and healthy meals as well as after to party and celebrate their accomplishments with us. Every athlete was taken care of exactly the same and treated like family. It’s easy to see why they kept coming back.
